Retail & Leisure
PRM have previous experience in the retail sector, from one off Clients to roll out programmes for high street retailers.

Residential & Commercial
PRM’s experience in the residential and commercial sector range from one off investment developers to repeat construction sector Clients. Projects have been as diverse as small office blocks to multi million pound high rise developments as part of city centre regeneration projects.
PRM have previously been utilised as Co-ordinators between multi developer sites in order to ensure ongoing safety co-ordination between all parties with no grey areas, as part of logistics planning and core CDM Regulations compliance.
Demolition
Demolition is quite rightly regarded as very high area of the industry that requires specific planning.
Demolition projects that last less than 30 days on site still require a written safety plan under the CDM Regs 2007 in order to ensure they are adequately controlled.
PRM are able to advise on the adequacy of existing information on structures ear marked for demolition, advise on the competency and resources of tenderers/appointed contractors and the adequacy of the contractors written plan of work prior to starting works on site.
Industrial
Bespoke facilities are of paramount importance to Clients as an ineffective design could lead to increased running costs and a decrease in planned production.
PRM can assist in ensuring that’s safety requirements have been considered at the design stage and that maintenance procedures area as straight forward as possible, ensuring your FM department are safe and there are no unnecessarily expensive, ongoing special requirements.
